Adam moved to Charlottesville in 1982 to attend the University of Virginia and immediately fell in love with the Commonwealth and its people. He’s been living in the area for over 30 years.
Adam works in finance at the UVA Health System and is the president of his church. He is currently participating in the Community Dialogue on Economic Inequality and is a member of the Charlottesville Clergy Collective.
In past years, he has been a facilitator for the Charlottesville area Dialogue on Race, the Director for the Charlottesville Ten Miler, a Girl Scout troop leader, and a youth basketball and soccer coach.
He and his wife Kim have four children and live in Charlottesville.
He is running for Congress as a Democrat.
